The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent an email to inquire about wine tasting and vineyard tours. One would assume they would have a standard email providing all the information... No... After several emails requesting information and receiving very unprofessional responses I requested to book a wine tasting. I received no confirmation email but assumed it was just more of the incompetence I was getting used to. Get there, waited at the wine store and no one there to receive us. Could hear voices so tried to get their attention but nothing. Seriously, cannot understand how you're trying to have a wine business. Would've given you a negative rating if I could.

Decidimos parar para comprar vinho, mas quem atende deve imenso à simpatia! Com um atendimento assim ficamos sem grande vontade de voltar! Esperemos que pelo vinho tenha válido a pena!

Schöne große und moderne Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer zur Mitnutzung (max. vier Parteien), wunderschöner Garten mit einem Schwimmteich. Tolle Lage bei der Farm umgeben von Weinfeldern. Das kleine aber feine Frühstück (u.a. frisches Brot und frisch gepresster Orangensaft) wird direkt in der Küche von einer sehr liebenswürdigen Haushälterin zubereitet
